Giving Back

Few communities are more focused on charity than the Napa Valley Wine Country. The annual Auction Napa Valley alone draws thousands of visitors from all over the world. At BDCo, all employees give back in some way, whether through service groups, donating time or funds, participating in charity events or contributing services pro-bono. To make participation easier, BDCo offers team members time off each month for volunteer activities, and pays dues for participation in service organizations like Rotary, Kiwanis, Active 20-30, or Soroptimist.
